For the 2017-2018 school year (current school year), we are still accepting post-lottery submissions. All submissions received will be added to the wait-list in the order that they are recieved. Please click here for the Post Lottery Submission; Completed student submissions will be accepted in the front office at Liberty Tech Charter School at 119 Price Road, Brooks, GA 30205. Those submissions will be time and date stamped upon receipt and placed on the appropriate grade level lists in the order they are received.

Registration Checklist

Upon notice that a student has received an open slot through the lottery or wait list, parent(s) will be given 15 days to notify the school that the slot is being accepted and submit all registration paperwork.  Registration paperwork includes the following:

  1. Student Registration Packet or Re-Enrollment Form (returning students)

  2. Contacts and Dismissal Form

  3. Authorization to Release Records

  4. Medical Authorization Form

  5. Up-to-Date Form 3231 – Immunization Record or “official” waiver

  6. Up-to-Date Form 3300 – Certificate of Ear, Eye, and Dental Examination

  7. Free/Reduced Lunch Application

Attendance Eligibility

For the 2018-2019 academic year, Liberty Tech Charter School is open to all student in kindergarten through eighth grade who reside inside the state of Georgia, subject to seat availability.  Students of a parent who is a member of the governing board or a full-time employee of Liberty Tech Charter School are given first preference during the lottery, or students who are siblings of current Liberty Tech Charter School students are given first preference during the lottery.  All other students submitting a completed application during the Open Enrollment period have an equal chance of being selected through a random selection process.  Applications received after the lottery will be placed on the wait list in the order they are received.
